// CHIRO

- This membership is NOT suitable for New Patients. New Patients will need a course of care first before considering membership

- 20 minutes regular follow up appointments included ONLY

- Existing clinic patients must be at least 85% better before using Chiro in their membership appointments

// NUTRITION

- Not suitable for clients that need a course of care of a specific condition with testing

- Nutrition Appointments are ONLINE ONLY 30 minutes  appointments included ONLY

- No testing is included in this membership or e-mail support

- Membership is useful for people that need ongoing support for Vera to look over their food diary and optimise and answer any questions they have on nutritional topics

//AVAILABILTIES:

Vera - Nutrition - Tuesday and Wednesdays 9am- 2pm, we maybe able to book appointments out of these times, but please e-mail contact@brightonchiropractic.co.uk, to organise this.

Emma - Chiro - Mondays 9am- 6:30pm, Wednesdays 9am- 6:30pm, Thursdays 9am - 6:30pm, Fridays 9am - 2pm

Chloe - Chiro Tuesdays 9am-7pm, Fridays 2:30pm-7:00pm

APPOINTMENT AVAILABILTY:, clients and patients must be aware that if they want a particular time or therapist it is best to book at least 2 - 3 weeks ahead

Please check clinic hours are convenient for you, before signing up, no refunds will be given for this. It is the patients responsibility

// PRACTITIONERS: Clinic Hours and clinicians hours are subject to change, no refunds if a therapist leaves, patients  can use their sessions with another type of therapist/ wellbeing appointment included

// CANCELLATION: Please e-mail contact@brightonchiropractic.co.uk to cancel .

We do not want patients to feel there is any tie in, please e-mail us if you would like to cancel and we will do it straight away for you.

// PRACTITIONER CHANGE: If a therapist leaves the clinic, members may not be able to have that service included until a new therapist is found. No refunds will be given in a therapist leaves. Apologies.

//  UNUSED  APPOINTMENTS

IMPORTANT: If you have not used your allocated appointments in the month, they CANNOT be carried over. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It is the patients responsibly to book ahead to ensure they definitely get an appointment and to ensure they remember to use their appointments included in their membership. Apologies.

// 24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY

IF PATIENTS CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HRS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME, THEY WILL LOSE THAT APPOINTMENT FOR THE MONTH

// CONFIRMATION & FREE GIFTS

You will receive 2 confirmation e-mails. One from Wix for Payment confirmation directly after transaction, then another welcome e-mail directly from us within a few days, which includes your FREE GIFTS! :-)
